How to Pronounce R and L Sounds in English
Learn Australian English in this
Advanced English Pronunciation Lesson!

In today's episode...
I am going to reveal to you guys the secret to pronouncing the L and R sounds!
For many learners of the English language, the consonant L and R sounds are often mispronounced – and even interchanged!
In today’s lesson, I will first teach you how to say the consonant L sound.
Followed by telling you how to say the consonant R sound. Note that this is the rhotic Australian R sound – quite tricky!
We will then have a comparative pronunciation exercise. We will say the words in pairs, like ‘pray’ and ‘play’.
And finally, we will practice saying the words by having a listening comprehension test.
So, how did you go, guys?
